December being the last month of the year, plays host to interesting competitions across different sports. Professional Boxing sees world heavyweight clash with Deontay Wilder fighting Tyson Fury at the Staples Centre in Los Angeles. Deontay Wilder is the undefeated defending WBC heavyweight champion.

The UAE plays host for the 2018 FIFA Club World Cup starting on 12 Dec, Real Madrid being favourites to win the Club World Cup a record 4th time.

Formula E will have its first ever race in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Ad Diriyah e-Prix will be the Season 5 opener where are 11 teams and 22 Gen2 cars will take to the track for the very first time. The seven-month Championship season, brings racing rivalries to city streets set against some of the most iconic skylines in the world – such as New York, Hong Kong & Paris.

Ice Hockey sees the World Junior Ice Hockey Championships group stages kick off in Poland & Germany on the 8 & 9 Dec respectively.

Rounding it up is the Table Tennis ITTF World Tour Grand Finals taking place in South Korea on the 13th December.
